- About Me
- I'm a college student who's been a fan of female muscle for many years. I run this site as well as a blog, as part of the FitGems Nation, dedicated in supporting the sport of female muscle. In addition to that, I'm on my own personal goal to be healther and live longer.
- Struggles and/or Successes
- I've lost over 20 pounds since the beginning of the summer and still losing it.
- Motivation
- The Lord for one, as He is my main supporter, as well as my family and friends. The female competitors that I've admire and supported since high school have also been an inspiration to me as well.
- Goals
- to be healthier and not so overweight and sluggish
- Routine for staying fit
- Weight-training and cardio, partically the Sprint 8 system
