could try doing a couple sets of low incline dumbell presses or fly's might be easier on your shoulders

About Me
I'm a 6'5 250-270lb guy who likes to keep in shape, and have dabbled in various styles of weight lifting and martial arts.
i enjoy personal training and helping friends and family keep or get into shape.
Struggles and/or Successes
i struggle to get my butt to the gym on a regular basis so i have started training at home again, using a simpler approach and less distractions.
Motivation
Helping others, reading magazines and the occasional movie.
finding motivation is easy staying motivated is the problem

posting here i find motivating keeps me honest and doing
Goals
re-develop my body into healthier, more muscular shape
using moderate volume workouts with basic equipment .
redevelop the routine of regular training
getting the work outs in and recorded here
keeping at it 3 times a week and eventually restarting my plans stated below
Follow through with my 6 month plan.
Follow the first 3 months i posted in blog.
Routine for staying fit
currently day 1
deadlift 5x10, military press 5x10, decline dumbell press 5x10 & sit ups 5x2 ( we add 1 rep beset each time we do these)
Day 2, dumbell squats 5x10, stiff leg deadlift 5x10, close grip bench 5x10, reverse curls 5x10.
Day 3, one are rows 5x10, cross bench pull overs 5x10, standing single leg calf raise 5x10, decline bench leg raises 5x10

hi All

Ok so my getting back on track didn't go as planned .
life stepped in and stuff happens right
course been really sick for more than a week did not help any

so i started back with a couple sets of 10 deadlift and bent over rows just to see how my energy levels where and how my body would respond. super setting the 2 exercises felt good ( that was Saturday )
so today (Monday ) i ended up with a very short period of time to train in so i brought out and dusted off a routine from college.

Getting back on track

Best of the season to everybody.

Course this year my best of the season only refers to the good family, people, other readers, food and drinks i've had the pleasure of enjoying. Seems the training kinda slipped this last 6 weeks or so.... yup it happened again.

So i've decided to map out 6 months of workouts and see how things go with a pre-designed time table to adhere to.

So starting next week i'll be going back to the workouts i detailed on my profile.
