About Me
I am an outgoing personality! I am all about my friends, and family, and enjoying the fun side of life. I enjoy trying new and exciting ways to stay fit. I do kickboxing, roller blading, body boot camp, and dance ALOT! I think my most favorite way to stay fit is dancing! because my boyfriend Ben is a House Dj I do spend lots of time at his gigs, and to past the time I drink tons of water to rehydrate me whaen I am doing a fun workout of dancing!
Struggles and/or Successes
My struggles in staying fit, is eating the wrong things sometimes, and staying on course.
I am successful, because I motiveate myself and others to try and keep to some sort of excersice regime. I do push myself to go harder and have a goal in mind.
Motivation
When I motivate myself I feel better, and I do enjoy motivating others. I try and push my friends that I work out with to try a lil harder even if they are tired. It helps me motivate myself too!
Goals
I just want to be healthy. I do have a goal of getting back to a weight of 120 lbs. so I will hopefully get there by next summer.
Routine for staying fit
I have been attending Body Boot Camps for the last few months, and I will be joining a gym in the new year. (a birthday present to myself) I also have changed my eating habits. I have cut out fast food and junk, I do sometimes have a treat, but I am really trying hard to stick to a healthy diet. I have also gotten my boyfriend to eat veggies and fish (someting he has NEVER done) I helps that he is also willing to make healthy choices.
