motivating the world one body at a time

I have so been feeling so old lately. Yep, I am getting back on track with my diet and also my workouts. I had two incredible workouts one for lower and one for upper and I feel incredible. All the other girls at my gym who train as intensely as I do are at least 6 years to 10 years younger. I don't know why it is bugging me but it is. Now my trainer said that I should be proud that I am the oldest one and that I work extremely hard and I look fantastic. I guess I am just realizing now that I am getting old.

I need to kick my butt and get into this hard core and I so need to find a sports nutritionist that will help me come up with a program to lean out. I kind of know what I should eat and when I should eat but I am not so great on the size of the portions I need to eat and what exactly in combination that I need. I am working on hard on trying to figure it out but it is not an easy science.

I just have to find stuff to keep me busy and get that cardio in. I absolutely hate cardio. Give me weights to throw around and I have no problem doing it, but ask me to get my heart rate up and I cringe at the thought. I had taken up running but my knees just couldn't handle the pounding.

So if anyone has any thoughts on how to make the cardio part a little more enjoyable I would appreciate any help in that department.

Have a great day everyone and stay safe.....

Cardio... make it fun by using fun music, top 40 dance hits, crazy old school dance hits.... Rollerblading, rollerskating, jumping jacks, stair jumps, interval walking/jogging, swimming, biking, hiking, beach walking.... Paula, I can't stand cardio either, the biggest cardio workout I get is line-dancing and 2 stepping... I LOVE it, and it is fun!!!! ...
