O.k. it has been a while as always. I am a horrible person for writing anything and I am sure that Amanda has been shaking her head at me because I haven't submitted anything in a while. My life has been so very busy and I no longer know what to write about. I am not a very creative kind of gal (can't spell worth of beans thank goodness for spell check) but I manage to plug through it.
My trainer told me that I have to start increasing my cardio to drop the body fat. Yes I know it is a must but I absolutely hate doing cardio. Give me 600 lbs to leg press and I can do it. How many times do you want me to do it and I will give it my hardest. I use to love running but with bad knees I had to give it up. I decided that I would give it a try again last week, actually it started with me going for a brisk walk because I was very frustrated and the walk just wasn't enough so I started to run. I was happy, and a major bonus was that my knee didn't hurt. I still can't run on the treadmill but I can run on pavement and do just fine. I have a bout 2 months before the snow hits the ground and have to find something else that I can get use too.
As for the nutrition I haven't done so great. I have been buying junk the last two days and I am getting very frustrated with myself. I just have to say no but it sure is hard when it is everywhere. HELP.
I am thinking of competing in the show at Stratford for figure or maybe bodybuilding. I haven't figured out that part yet but the nutrition is going to be horrid, I am just waiting till I can collect the money to pay for it before I can go and do it. So keep fingers crossed and who knows maybe I will write about my progress for FF if I do decide to do it.
